In the survey, cybersecurity spending came out ahead of other hot areas such as the cloud and artificial intelligence (AI). The next few years will see a surge in channel spending.

One of these botnets was Quad7 , which was installed on compromised routers by the Storm-0940 actor to conduct password spraying.
